Chatzinikolaou Nicholas MD is Orthopaedic Surgeon and microsurgical. It comes from occupied Famagusta and now lives in Larnaca.
He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras in 2003. He specialized for six years in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the KAT Hospital in Athens. He has specialized for 3.5 years in the field of microsurgery Upper and Lower limb, section microsurgery and hand member of KAT Hospital in Athens. He trained in arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Injuries in Sports Medicine Clinic of KAT Hospital Athens and Private hospitals in Athens.
PhD candidate at the University of Athens. Trained sto Universtat de Barcelona in minimally invasive surgical techniques (percutaneous) deformations of the foot.
Trained in Wrist Arthroscopy (Basic + Advance) at IRCAD Laparoscopic Training center Strasbourg, France. He participated with communications, publications and presentations in various European and international conferences culminating his participation in the Pan American Orthopaedic Congress in 2010. He attended dozens of seminars around the world.
He is an active member of the Greek (EECHOT) and Cyprus (KECHOT) Orthopaedic Association, the European Society of Arthroscopy Wrist (EWAS), the European Society of Arthroscopy – Study Cartilage (ICRS) and the European Society MIS FOOT SURGERY (GRECMIP).
Since 2011 works in Larnaca, in Syneseio Medical Center and the free area of Famagusta in Paralimni retains a clinic.
Collaborates and performs surgery Private Hospital “Holy Cross” in Larnaca and the Private Hospital Evanyelistria in Nicosia.
